Centauri Transport out of Miami, Florida has just added several Abaco Cays to their port of calls. Sunday September 27th, 2020 was Centauri's inaugural voyage into Elbow Cay.

Sunday evening, Centauri Transport vessel Costa V enters White Sound harbour for her first time. She ships to Abaco weekly and can deliver freight into White Sound Depot every Thursday (weather depending).
The ship is an impressive seaworthy vessel. Costa V is a "190’ Landing Craft with approximately 26-28 TEU capacity capable of landing in the shallow Bahamian waters around many of the ports in the Family Islands."
Upon arrival, her crew were extremely helpful and cautious with our heavy bulky shipments. They have a truck and lift aboard to help move the items. All we needed to do was arrive with a truck (Cameron Sweeting Trucking) and they assisted in loading it up. Looking at our items, we were instantly impressed as not a single imperfection on our heavy items.
The direct shipping from Florida to the cays will be a welcomed service with the magnitude of import shipping needed since Dorian. The convenience, time frame of receiving goods, and the quality and care given to your shipped items will be a great addition to our islands.
